Let's get to know each other
Each project starts with a free consultation with one of the partners. We get to know the company and its needs. We agree on the terms of cooperation and the work schedule. During the meeting, the parties sign a confidentiality agreement ( NDA ) so that the negotiations proceed as openly and substantively as possible.
We set a goal
Based on the description of the client's situation and the findings of the audit, we clarify the project's goal and schedule, agree on the necessary competence profile, the scope of tasks and the type of work of the temporary manager. Together, the conditions for further cooperation are defined so that the projects are completed on time and at the appropriate level. Project acceptance criteria are also defined.
Let's take action
Traditionally, the consultant's involvement in the project is on average 6-24 months. We practice work hybrid - on-site at the client premises and remotely, thus maintaining a flexible and mobile work process. Geographically, we provide our service throughout the territory of Latvia, and we also engage in international projects outside of Latvia.
